Yes. The event venue and accommodation are located within the same hotel. The entire hotel is reserved for the event. If rooms become full, rooms will be allocated from another hotel located a 1-minute walk away.

Evening milongas will take place between 22:00 and 04:00, daytime milongas between 15:00 and 19:00, and workshops between 12:00 and 15:00.

Yes. Turkey's most prominent tango couples will be performing on stage throughout the event.

Yes. There will be complimentary snacks at the milongas both day and night. Guests staying overnight will have access to a daily buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner will be available at the hotel for an additional fee during the event.

Yes. The hotel has two large car parks for participants.

Our refund terms are as follows:
Full amount refunded until July 1st
Half of the payment refunded until August 1st
20% of the payment refunded until September 1st
Refunds will be issued. Those who register are deemed to have accepted these terms.
